does anyone know how i can report a problem member? there is an individual who will not accept a draw when it's down to rook vs. rook. we've been pushing our pieces around for hours and he's waiting for me to forfeit.

@OP: Truth be told, your opponent is well within his/her rights to continue the game, if he/she thinks your Rook can be won, for example, via a tactic. Playing a game within the established rules is not grounds for an abuse report. Before too long, the game will (probably) reach a point at which you will be able to claim a draw.

Unfortunetly there is no rule to get him banned as far as I know. But think about it like this, in a OTB tournament you play with increment, if your opponent is not accepting a draw and you are playing on. You can claim a draw. chess.com could add a feature to grant games like this a draw, but I don't think that will happen. You will have to play it out, until the 50 move rule and then click the draw button, it would let u draw, but I see nothing else. The 50 move rule states, if no pawn move, capture was made in the last 50 moves you can claim a draw.

293 moves!  Wow! you should be proud of that.  I've never even come close.
