Not surprising that the best bullet players are usually the best "slow" game players.

he wasn't caught cheating, he just refused to hand over his phone, and his bullet games are perfectly human.

Yep, that's why he got penalized for it.

I don't see any of his games, and he refused to hand his phone, because otherwise everyone would see that when he left the playing area for the bathroom (strangely when he had to move!), he would use that time analyzing the position with a chess engine on his phone.
