Closed Account

Has anyone else had any issues with chess.com closing their account? 

I went to login the other day and my account was closed. I messaged the mods about this and 2 days later I had a response saying I had multiple accounts. I thought she was talking about an old account I used before I started logging in with Facebook. I have not used that login in over a year (except today to make this post). 

I explained that I haven't used that account in a long time and if they wanted to close that one, that was fine. However, I need to be login with Facebook because it is much easier for me login with it (one click access) on my mobile devices. 

She then replied 2 days later asking if I wanted to close my husband's account (totally different account than I was speaking of) and ignored my request for my facebook account to be open. 

I haver since messaged the mods through the support system to get zero response. 

I'm getting very frustrated and really don't understand why they suddenly felt they needed to close my account with:

a. lack of communication

b. valid reason

c. trying to remove my husband's account 

I have no history of cheating and am a daily player.
