I have started a tournament called Rapid Chess International I. I am looking to get 32 players together. Playing four groups of 8 each, 2 each qualify for final round. Target rating is 1850 and up and the idea is to move fast. I.e. No vacation, average accepted moving time four hours and faster. I hope actually for more people around 1 hour per move average, anyway if this format takes on, I think it can be a lot of fun and I want to develop this serious further.
