Hi gang, I just beat a guy and he challenged me to a rematch with me as white. I made my first move and the clock is stuck on the starting time for n both of us. I can only offer a draw or resign. What should I do? I tried chatting to the guy but no response. Is there a tech support fix for this? Thanks.
