I'm a little confused by the way you wrote this, but I think you are saying that you got disconnected and your opponent was awarded the win before you could reconnect, right? This has happened to me before also, maybe because my internet is slow and I'm in China. Anyhow, the reason that your opponent was automatically awarded the win is because some people will disconnect from a match on purpose because they're losing and its not fair to make the opponent wait for the whole clock to run out. I think you have about 4 minutes to reconnect. I hope helps.

Being an old and tembling right hand my typing is most unsatisfactory. What i want to say is that why most of the time the link is disconnected when I have completed the move and it is the tern of the apponent to move. In any game there are two players how come always I am penelised? At one time the Notice that server will switch off within less then a minute you should finish your Game an kept me wating to run out the aponets watch full eleven mins. It realy requires going into. THE SURVER WAS TRING TO RELOAD AND IT GAWE VERDICT THE WHITE WON AS I HAVE AWENDUNUND THE GAME WHEN I WAS WAITING FOR THE SERVER TO RELOAD.
