"Incentive " to renew premium membership

Since closing my diamond membership (Good features,just not time to use them!)my live games mysteriously freeze ,so I loose even if a queen up.doesn't happen to another basic user who uses same internet connections.Any explanations?

Probably there is a glitch. You should contact chess.com mods.

Some folks have complained that the ads, which you didn't get as a premium member, steal computer resources and cause problems. I'm not usually into conspiracy theories so I doubt that it's a deliberate attempt to increase premium membership. I'm wrong a lot...
