Ways to submit complaints?

I just finished out a game with one individual who apparently had been upset even though he had won the match. Extremely immature and in my opinon, should not be allowed to speak for a certain period of time on this site. Are there ways to submit claims such as this? I would hate to see children come across players such as this when attempting to learn the game and develop their skills.

The guy seems to have a fixation on bung-holes. Maybe it would be better to just make fun of him here than to bother staff.

Thanks to the post-911 law making, this could be considered a terror threat.
