why the new policy about several games is so annoying

this post is actually a complaint for the chess.com management. i couldnt find  a way to contact the site apart for technical support, if you read this and have an idea about getting thire atenntion, please let me know.

im sorry about spelling and less then perfict English, but im sure youll get my point. iv been playing here for several years now, and i love it. but a while ago (a month or 2 i think) the site has changed its rulles and from now on "regular" members (non paying members) cant have simultaneous games. its not that im that good that i can do that, but now if the other player disconnects i have to wait for 2 minutes before i can start a new game. if he just leaves the game as it is, i have to wait for his time to run out, up to 5 minutes. im pretty sure that some sore losers do that on purpuse. but thats a diffrent subject.

i belive there are allot of pepole like me, who enjoy a 5 minute game or two during a brake from work or studies and this new rull just rewind it.

anyway, please chess.com,it wont make anyone subscribe and pay money for using the site. im sure youu make enoghe money with adds and existing subscribed members, so you can afford to spare us this grate inconvenience.
