In this game I was black and offered a draw because I couldn't see a way to move the pawns without him forcing a trade with his bishop.  Was I right?

I would fancy my chances strongly as black to win this. If I only had one pawn I know white could sacrifice his bishop for it. But with two......

This is how I think it could go

White to move and Ba5 is the only move that draws.  White needs to get the bishop to d2 before black can get the pawns moving.  Once there he can shift between d2 and c1 and black needs to bring the king round to support the pawns but also needs him to defend the f4 pawn.  He cant do both and so cant make any progress.
