Here's a recent 5 min-blitz game I played on FICS. I think it'll demonstrate a few things about the Ulvestad Variation of the Two Knights Defense, what the objectives behind the opening are, and what some pitfalls playing against it are.

After Kg2, exf3+ wins a pawn. At that point, getting my rooks into the game and using my kingside majority would be in order. Those four kingside pawns to one should probably denote a winning endgame.
