It's not really rated 1720 by any known rating system. 13..Bxh2+ sacrificing a bishop for only 1 pawn and then a knight for another pawn should have told you that.
Still, it was a good win. You are good enough to play against humans here and see how you do. Don't worry if your rating is nowhere near 1700. The average blitz rating here is only 1087. (You can see the averages for the ratings using various types of time controls here.)
