Dragon bites (w/nice middle game mate)

I'm in the midst of losing a game where I played an early, spectacular, sexy -- and it turns out -- utterly dubious sacrificial combination. In this game, having learned my lesson about falling in love with splashy moves and forgetting to check them out thoroughly -- I gave this game here, my best. I spent hours, literally, on many of the moves here, checking out dozens of variations, searching for the best move my brain could percieve. It paid off with a steadily growing advantage that culminates in a nice minor piece mate in the middlegame.
