This position is something that I would just offer a draw. It would be better for white, I think, if white had a knight and rook against two rooks.

its pretty much a draw.  You could try moving your king to C2 then trying to trade pawns and hope he captures incorrectly somewhere in the exchanges or that you can sacrifice 2 pawns for a hole to ram a rook through, but this strategy is questionable and the likely outcome is to turn a draw into a loss.  If you can get a hole and slip a rook through, you may be able to loosen up your advanced pawns when he moves off to defend/deal with the other side of the board.  You would also have to lure his king out.  Lot of "ifs" there.
