It's not exactly a queen down... I mean, you have a rook and two pieces for the queen, plus a better position.

White would be lost after 23...Kg8, because Ng5 wouldn't be with check.
Qxc3 with a double exclaim (eww) and the comment about how white is too solid to attack is followed by... an attack from black... aren't you rated too high for this silliness? 
It's just that black is pretty much threatening immediate mate if you don't take the bishop and as you said you're up material anyway.
So about that attack black has 
How about 33...a5 which wins the knight and keeps attacking. Also better than the game is:
34...Rxb3 with 35...a5 (same idea).
