Can you create video lessons if you are a titled player below FM?

For example NM or CM. I'm just wondering.

Yes, I understand that anyone can create video lessons on a blog, but what about the official ones on chess.com? There is no player lower than an Fm in the video library

Anyone could make a chess video with the right equiptment. I have some good 1800 players videos.

Yes but I dont think chess.com would let you put it in the 'video library'.

I very much doubt they would let you, unless you made one of exceptional quality, and even then.

I think there are buttons for titled players to click on. Could a NM or CM please help me out??
