His name is ThrowThemInJail he just joined chess.com today on August 1, he's unrated and he wants to sue a grandmaster. Do I smell troll!

Troll is a verb.  This guy is probably a troller.  Troller is a noun.  A troller trolls; trolls do not troller.  Sorry for pedantic banter.  Please continue to demolish this guy.

Oh great!  I will notify Webster.

Here_Is_Plenty

Was the advice to play in the tournament?  That advice could conceivably lead to losing it.

Troll is a nordgermanic word - known since 1500 years already. later the meaning changed and was used in fairies. then it was taken over  by anglo languages - like english-  and then your dictionary start. so if you call somebody a Troll - and this cant be an english substantive you have to think first if it is a substantive in any other language as a special term before you think he made a mistake. - thats logic

Well, I guess if you want to think about all languages then you are right.  I was just thinking about English because I am speaking it.  Sorry for the error.

@Nobodyreally:

I had a lot of messeges at one point, so if you sent it to me at the wrong time, I would have deleted it without reading it.

But hey, you want to block me, I can't stop you however I had no intention of posting on your "living room" as I know that we are in quite a pickle. I am not a jerk and I respect that you just want a forum with your friends.

Anyway, you don't have to avoid me in other threads, let us be civil about that at least

I send you multiple messages as you well know. You were complete out of line and plainly insulting.

I gave you the chance to do the right thing. You ignored it. I seriously question your ethics.

That's all I'm gonna say about it.

have fun in the forums

Probably you won't react to this too, Since that's the way you seem to be doing things.

kaynight,

        Masculine and feminine do not affect verb endings in French. They affect adjectives - where an adjective is describing a feminine noun, an "e" is added. An "s" is added if the noun is plural.
