I was playing an opponent recently and I strongly suspect engine usage as his level was a world away from his rating.
Naturally, I challenged him to a bullet game. (I am an abysmal bullet player and am rated nearly 200 points lesser in bullet) and I thrashed him twice.
Without wishing to name names, can I ask how to report such people
