In no particular order:

1.Leningrad Dutch

2.Manhattan Gambit

3.Queen's Gambit

4.Paulsen Sicilian

6.Nimzo-Larsen Attack

7.Van Geet

8.1...b6 against 1.e4

9.Queen's Indian

10.King's English (1.c4,e5! with a hypermodern vs. classical struggle ripe with imbalances)

Honorable mention goes to the Ruy Lopez where black plays a6-b5 then plays Bc5 as black and the Ruy Lopez itself as white whenever I'm in an e4 mood.

TheGreatOogieBoogie

Another honorable mention the the Alekhine's Defense.  That's a great opening.

I think I would place the sicilian at the top of the list. It seems I get hit with it all the damn time that I play e4.

Then play the Grand Prix, crushes the sicilian

Actually QGD has Orthodox, Slav and Chigorin defence in it.

Sounds strange I know but that's according to theory.
