What software do those youtube casters use?

They can draw arrows and make circles and do cool looking stuff. I have Babas and I cant even play 2 player with my brother in that. :/ Do bigger and expensive programs like fritz have these things?

Wow.. Thanks for this. Its so light and has so many options. Are there any other (newer software, which has 7's interface) similar softwares?

 

You cant play in this one though. But very useful for tactics.
