What to do if I am kicked from live chess

Sort:
mehulgohil

An opponent of mine started calling me an ebola monkey (He was 2022 and I am 1953) when I got a won position. I reacted with some f word expletive and chess.com automatically made me lose the game and now I have been 'kicked' from Live Chess. My opponent who made the racist remark continues to play.

How do I get unkicked?

Wait a day and then go back, then dont let the word filter catch you again !

Got it?

You can still use your 'favourite' words if you have to on rude opponents, but misspell them and they won't be detected.

Instead of trying to misspell cuss words, try having some maturity, and ignore your opponent.

True, disable the chat, and remember you are a better person than your opponent. Or take a screenshot and report to admin (?).

disable chat that is good

How is calling somebody "ebola monkey" racist? Not very nice - but racist?

I got kicked for swearing :( And I didnt bad mouth my opponent either. We were having a friendly chat, and he asked what I thought of Putin. I swore without thinking :(

Of course you thought about the cuss word you used, you had to type it.

Ha! Burn!

But seriously, don't let stuff like that bother you. It's either a tactic to fluster you or your opponent just being mad that he's probably losing.

"Live" is full of guys like this (Myself included) so either develop a thick skin and ignore it or like others have said disable chat.
