Why no draw on 50 mouve ?

On a draw position, why the 50 mouve rules dont apply, it's stupid, and it put a lot of pressure on bad connexion player. Please explain me the reason of not dooing it !

Just as in tournament chess, you have to claim the draw.  If you clicked the draw button, instead of offering a draw the game (should have) been automatically ended as a draw.

The same applies for the 3 fold repetition draw.

Where is the draw button, did it apear only when it's draweble ?

Also, I'm not sure based on the question if you realize that you and your opponent have to make 50 moves without a capture or a pawn move for it to work.  It's not just on move 50, it's after 50 moves of inane back-and-forth posturing.  It doesn't happen very often, as there is also the threefold repetition rule which usually kicks in before the 50 moves elapse.

In either case, as waffllemaster said a 'Claim Draw' button should appear near the 'Resign' button (and maybe even in place of the 'Offer Draw' button).

it was a 5 pawn vs 5 pawn lock, no king could go over it. 1 block of 2+2 pawn and 1 block of 3+3 pawn with the center pawn backward, first that advance this pawn guive a pass pawn to the adversary. Last mouve of the game when I lost was 132 so I am almost sure the 50 mouves were done. I clicked on the draw button when the position was a perfect draw but he refuse. So I go for the 50 mouves or threefold but it never happen. Did I hade to click on the draw button after the 50 mouves, or at the last second ?

There should have been a claim draw button, and it should have worked. Hopefully, site administrators have access to more information. The game is a dead draw after 47...a4, but requires repetition or 50 moves (move 97) before the claim draw button should be available.

'Claim Draw' replaces 'Offer Draw' as soon as the draw is legal.  I've always found it annoying that chess.com doesn't make the button more obvious.  It should be a different color, or in a different place or something.  It was probably there, but you just didn't see it because you assumed that it still said 'Offer Draw.'
