Okay, now lost twice in a row watching my opponent’s clock move toward abandonment when suddenly they win by my abandonment. I have video receipts, just not sure how to attach them.

Are you using the iOS app? If so, staff are aware and looking into it
You probably had a bad connection to the server therefore displaying uour opponent's moves late.
