No, user created live tourneys are not available. Have no idea if that is going to be something in the future or not.

Is it any possibility to create own chess tournament?
I mean LIVE tournament, for example 30 min games.
If I wante to create Debate room tournament, plan it and think about structure and things so on. Same idea as tournament in online chess. Online is too long to make :)
