Please help me. Since ''improvement'' of the game I have lost 100 points in very bisare way. Allmost Every time I play and I am about to win (have more points and need just few moves fore checkmate and the most important have MORE TIME) suddenly everything in game stops ON MY MOVE and I cant do anything untill my remainig time for playing comes to 0:00. This is last player I played with when this happened. bweisman

Check your computer for (1) viruses (2)net speed (3) over flowing cache (4) too many undeleted tmp files (5) faulty UPS and importantly (6)net speed and hangups.
Chess dot com is a very trust worthy and trusted site and this never happened with any of us. you check for all the points i mentioned and your culprit will be found.
