After these two issues, I stumbled upon another bug in Mobile Chess.
When I made a move from this position:
Move: Re8
I got the following "Illegal move" error, though it was completely legal.
More info:
The move was submitted without any issues when I played first time.
When I refreshed for new games, it listed the same game ( as if my opp had made the move ).
But showing the last position I played. I thought my move was not submitted, and tried to play it again. I got this error repeatedly( That's the reason I was able to capture the screenshot from both the positions )

thanks for reporting this. We have now enabled timestamp checking to make sure you are seeing the latest version of your game when making a move. This was the case here. Your first time you moved Re8, it was succesful, but the game on your mobile didnt update and you tried to make the same move again 2 more times, at which point the server saw it as illegal because your rook was no longer on e2. should be fixed now.

Today, I encountered the same issue again. One of my game was listed,though it wasn't my turn.
Further, if tried to make move it always complained with "Connection Failure" .
I tried using both GPRS/EDGE and WiFi connection on my mobile. I think , now the error handling system just defaults' to "Network error" for any issues. The previous "Illegal move" was much better.
After few tries and restarting the app, I got a error saying "Server sent invalid data"
Though these issues seems minor... it's sometimes annoying :(
I think only I am facing these issues as I use the Mobile app 10-15 times a day .
PS: I am using teh latest 1.1 version
