Everyday... Happy Anniversary Trophy!

Each evening I receive a new Happy Anniversary trophy and each evening I delete it.

So, either I'm enjoying my time on chess.com so much that the years are flying by like days , or there's something not quite right.

So far, I estimate I've deleted about 10 or more of these trophies.

Any one else experience this?

Just ban that person if they really irritate you. 

Yeah, me too.  

Anniversary tropies!  I just deleted three, got a new one.  Stop it already!  As if a payment deserved a trophy.  What stupidity.

Strategic play: how can you ban chess.com?

Today, I've sent this support ticket to Chess.com:

"I've deleted several "Happy anniversary!" trophies, but I keep getting new ones, every one or two days. They seem to be generated automatically. Can I switch this off somehow?"

I hope that their reaction will be posted here, too.

This is the body of the answer I received from Chess.com support:

"The trophies are automatically generated, yes. If the system “sees” that an account does not have one of those trophies, it will keep sending them as they get deleted. You are REQUIRED TO HAVE THEM… or so the system thinks! We really need to find a way to stop this as so many people find them irritating :)

I’ll make the suggestion to the programmers to allow these to be permanently deleted!"
