Experiancing problems with "Live Chess" play. Please help!

Whenever I play live chess, ever since I was a member on this site, which wasn't too long ago, I've been having trouble "staying connected" to the live chess games. It always says after awhile "connection interrupted, reconecting" and then it starts to load where I was, after the connection was lost. The thing that is really bugging is the fact that I lose time WHILE it's loading on the chess blitz games! Did anyone experiance this problem? I have two computers at home and on both of these, the problem still comes up. If anybody can help, please make a post. I'd really be grateful. Thanks everybody.

Is this live chess basic or premium? (or both)

What type of internet connection do you have?

Which browser and version?

Hey kohai. It's live chess on both basic and premium. My internet connection is with shaw. I use safari for my web browser and this problem came up on both computers. Windows Vista and Mac

Sorry i meant internet connection as in dial up, adsl, wifi ?

On some days, I have the same issue. Other days its fine. When I have the "connection interrupted", I open a new session in the browser, and go to chess.com and it loads just fine. Also other sites load fine, so no problems with my internet connection at all. It's hard to pinpoint a problem though.
