draws by insufficient material is bugged on chess.com

I know rite, you can easily checkmate your opponent with only having a bare king against his queen, bishop and king. Your next move 65.. Kxd7!! would have won the game for you.

White has no time left. So he can't win.

Black has not got enough material to mate. So he can't win.

If neither player can win, then the game must be a draw. In this case, it is displayed as insufficient material because Black has insufficient material to mate. I am not aware of the actual term for this; or even if there is one. I can assure you though that the game is a draw; and this is not a glitch.

You could have (and maybe should have) lost; but you drew. Take that and move on to the next game.
