Help against trolls

No everyone can see it when it happens, but the problem was already resolved in this case (5 months ago).
The guy offended me, and I deleted his comment a year ago. However, some visitor may think that I've deleted some comment on my own work (as it shows now only "[deleted]" on that spot).
Today, just a few minutes ago, I noticed one more troll-comment on my coach-page. I am thinking to delete it, to keep my page clean, but then again this impression I mentioned above is going to be present whenever I have a new visitor on the page.
I'd like to know is there any administrator who can help against these guys, so called trolls. And also, what to do with such comments, if I don't want to show "deleted" message instead.
