Why can't it show a green timer I lose so many games like that

I've had the same thing happen. That darn light! Chess.com should do something. Don't tell me it's a coincidence or something on my end. It's only a problem when that light comes on! 
My connection is also always red i.e. poor.
Try clearing your cache :)

Whenever I go on live chess it shows a red sign beside my timer and I always lose because of that it used to work it's been happening for a few days now can anyone help?
