How do you report rude players??

The title says it all, how do you report someone who's been hurting your feelings?

If I did I didn't mean to, but there is a button at the bottom of all pages that says report abuse

I want to know how to heal a broken heart 

I wouldn't mind it either I hate to hurt people's feelings
