I would like to enquire how exactly the timing system works because whenever I play blitz games, I find that I continuously time out even when I have a comfortable cushion of time against my opponent. I have noticed that the whenever they play, they get a few seconds added yet when I play or don't or I get the same amount. I can't play with the rules of the game being seemingly unclear and not being applied consistently to all players. Please advise.
