How to report abusive player?

I just want to report this verbal abuser user gamiesai, he loses in our bullet games and then he message me with this:

Bottom of this page, click on Help & Support link. When that page opens look on the far left where it says 'Contact Us'.  That then allows you to report the abusive player.
