I win games, no points added to my score

Very frustrating, I win games in live chess but no points are added to my rating score.  When I loose, points are subtracted.  Win or loose, my score goes down.

Anyone else ever experience this?

Before the game starts the players can agree that the game will be rated or unrated. It just so happens the games you won you agreed to play unrated.

If you choose the colour you want to be, the setting will default to unrated.

You also might have your rating, which if high enough above your opponent's, will not increase if you were to win.

A difference of about 600 rating points will do produce so little change in your rating that it will increase less than 1 point, or 0, with rounding.
