ipad chess.com application doesnt work

today my chess.com application on ipad not works any more.

when i pres live button  rounding circle shows with message connecting. after a while message changes to reconnecting and so on.

i already restarded my ipad (power down, power up), but this issue persists.

Can you solve this problem?

there might be problem with your connection ..are you connecting to wifi?

There was a problem when you posted this 21 hours ago, we have since fixed the problem.  Sorry about that.

The site had problems with ios app yesterday. I believe they fixed it according to chess.com on twitter . They put current issues/troubles on twitter along with links to recent articles and videos.

Its glitchy. Try manually shutting down the app (main screen -> then double click home button -> then hold the icon until it's squiggly then close it) and restart the app. That usually works for me. I think it's a memory issue or something.
