iphone app

Hi,

My Iphone chess.com app doesn't work since today. I tried to reinstall it but it doesn't work.

When I launch the app, it search to refresh online games and then it stops and return to the desktop.

Does someone has this problem ?

I can't access even to the menu because it crashes before, but when I will be at home, I will try to get the crash log after a sync.

Nb: it crashes in 3g and wifi too.

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing then making a move in your games from the web instead of the iPhone (then go back and check the app) ?

Yes i did it, but nothing changes.

I have almost 30 games in progress, and i didn't make a move on each because it is not my turn to play.

I send it to the support, I don't know if they correct something but now it works fine,

I can' even get the app to load.  I've uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed, rebooted, and nothing.  It takes me to the spalshscreen then returns me to the iphone homescreen.  VERY frustrating!

Did you try to follow the process given by kohai ?

I cant turn the notifcation noise off for each time an opponents move is made on the iphone app. Have uninstalled then reinstalled but its still happening. Even after changing the settings on both the app and the phone to have no notification noise.

Your sounds are still showing as enabled. Have you tried logging in via the web instead of via the app and turning them off that way?
