Probably not. It just means you've been given a "timeout" by the computer, usually for saying a naughty word . There's a sliding scale of timeouts depending on how "colorful" your language was. Think it starts at 2 hours and goes up from there, assuming of course this is your first offense.

:D.. Twas my first...but two colorful words in a sentence.. I can't believe thery're trying to impose a code of speech too(I understand a code of conduct) . They should give players the freedom to block whoever they want, but not tell people what they can or cannot say...No matter how articulate you are , sometimes normal words just don't cut it when you want to give somebody a piece of ur mind...
