Live chat mods, are there any?

Hi all, I'm kind of cunfused. I have been a member of chess.com for less than a month, so far I haven't seen any live chess, chat mods.

I haven't found a report function, to report people I find to be breaking the site rules.

I believe, blocking the said people without also being able to report them to be a bad thing, as they will still carry on breaking the rules, and promote this behavior to new and existing members.

I find it quite hard to read hate and race comments beiong typed in to the chat, and I feel as the rules state this kind of thing isn't welcome on chess.com, it should be stop.

So are there chat mods on chess.com? and if so how do I inform them of said problems?

Im willing to help out if needed (to the staff of chess.com)

You can report them here, but it's a little like fighting the hydra

thanks for the reply, it's a long way round to report somone, maybe thats why not meny people get reported.

To staff at chess.com, maybe make it a bit easyer for us to report problem chat members?
