You're lucky, at least a game loads. this is my first 5 hours at chess.com, I've played no games at all, spent 2 hours watching the spinning box-waiting for opponent. Then back to FICS for a couple of games, then back here for another 2 hours of - waiting for opponent. Not sure this is the place for chess. I can't even find a list of people that are looking for a game. Oh, and while I was waiting it was reassuring to see there were 12,500 players online NOW!
no it loads but it never ends up getting a game on. or its just EXTREMELY slow

Whenever i get into live chess everything is ok... until i join a game. then it takes forever to load. It just has that chess square that spins around and says Loading... longer than it usually should take. the game is usually long gone aborted by the time i get in, then i get put on probation. Its very annoying. Any fix? This started happening last week and it never took this long
