Live chess freeze

This is a way for people to cheat i am certain, I believe they constantly hit the refresh button. It only happens when I am winning, if i am losing it never happens. I found if i hit the refresh button within 10 second i can regain connection and see their move; But this needs to be stopped. the ranking system is useless. over 70% of my losses this week are from lost connections. maybe 6 tonight. games i was +6 points up at least.

Your opponent can't impact your connection.

IT doesn't say i have a lost connection.

I think people are delaying the connections to their move. you do not know ti's happening. you sit and wait for your opponent to move bc it's basically game over. Then you refreshe or wait long enough for Chess.com to get their crap together and it shows you've abandoned the game somehow....the game bails. When you still have 4 min on the clock left and 2 moves to checkmate why would you ever let that happen? I live in the united states with one of the fastest internet speeds you can buy on the civilian market. please do not tell me it's my connection.

THE ONLY COUNTER I'VE FOUND TO THIS. When the person starts to lose and delay, you constantly hit the refresh button on your screen. This is how i know it's intentional. Then they usually run out of time or start to make awful moves.

This never happens when I am losing a match. So don't tell me the players cannot impact my connection. They have it as a selection under reporting as "stalling" They know the issue.

Like i told someone else it's 2020, i was able to play chess online well  over 2 decades ago w/o problems like this unless my 56k connection completely crashed. but there would be a warning if that happened. There is no warning for this crash. This is intentional.

These ranks can be fake and people do not want to admit that.

I rarely have connection issues. I also know that the clients never directly connect to each other. Each client connects to the Live server process, and the Live server handles the communications. So your opponent can't impact your connection at all.

Sometimes the client may not actually show a disconnect, but you are disconnected. Your description sounds exactly like that.

I have lost so many ranking points due to live chess freezing up. I try to email staff and I don't hear back. The problem seems to be worsening and happening more frequently. Modes this happen to others?
