When I woke up I realized I resigned ( but I did not really actually press resign ) like 10 games or more  and It went from 1500 to 1100 can anyone tell why this happend? P.S. I know the last word is spelled wrong

When u resign, it means u gave up the game. Therefore ur opponent wins. I checked ur page, it seems someone hacked ur account and resign the games. I don't see other reason, because u resigned games that even started.

Murgen

Are you the only person who has access to your account?

That still doesn't explain the games your opponents "won" by resignation when they were out of time though, strange...

This is a much more confounding issue to me.

I still don't understand what the issue is... You resigned, and therefore lost the game

CoolChess2006

so I saw on game on the Ipad and saw You Lost! and I saw why I resigned but I did really click resign and I want to know why that has happened yay spelled it right!

Ballofwhacks the issue is that the OP did not actually resign the games.

Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should ask the chess.com staff to log you out of all devices that are  connected to your account, change your password to something more secure (typical stuff, include symbols, numbers and letters in your password, harder to hack into) and then log back in.

Real pity that you lost 400 rating points because of this. It makes no sense that you lost your games by anything other than getting hacked (from the way I look at it).

CoolChess2006

no really I withdrew from a tournament so went from 1100 to 1000 ok thanks famer!

A similar thing happened to me, but just once.  I was in a very strongly winning position, such that my opponent should have done the right thing and resigned.  Instead, he abandoned the game, but after three minutes, the game did not automatically end with me winning due to abandonment.  Instead, his clock kept running.  I then clicked on the arrows to go back several moves and then forward -- and then MY clock started running!  But it was STILL his move!  Next thing I know, I was awarded a LOSS due to RESIGNATION which I did not due.
