How is it possible to know that a player is cheating?

Hello,
I have lost atleast 4 games to cheaters who were using computer programs to make their moves. Their accounts were closed by Chess.com but i ended up losing rating points!!
Please credit the rating points back to me. Only closing the account of the cheater is not enough.
