membership discontinued suddenly

I had diamond membership and even joined the chess.com university program. My diamond membership was suddenly canceled; I immediately resumed it and paid the money via Google play. But, chess.com has failed to recognize my membership, which is needed so I can practice Tactics, watch videos, etc. Can someone help me immediately? I need it for the chess university program.

You need to write an email to the billing department. Use the contact form- https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new
