Need help to remove a player from Tournament

Yo banco a Clovis... los 5 días los puso Alfonso. Creo que si Clovis no quiere dar un paso adelante.. todos nosotros debemos dar un paso atrás.

Hi, I took a look at the tournament you are hosting. I was wondering what specifically the member is doing that is unfair? It appears to be a 5 day per move tournament, and the player in question has an average move time of 30 hours. That does not appear to me to be unfair. The player is also not the only one in the tournament that still has games remaining. There is also only one round scheduled, so the player is not going to be preventing any next round from starting.
Additionally you commented about Vacation Abuse. It is a "no vacation" tournament, so he cannot be abusing his vacation time. At this point I would say there is nothing you can do as the player does not appear to me to be breaking any chess.com rules or any rules that you stipulated in the tournament details (at least from what I translated online).
Here is a link to the tournament if anyone else wants to take a look at it:

Sorry I can't help further, and if I missed anything in translation!
Hello, I'm the administrator of tournament "Intercontinental 2014".
I have to remove player ClovisGoulart as he is following unfair procedures. He is consuming 99% of the time in order to extend the tournament unnecesarily. All players are waiting for his games in order to conclude the tournament.
This could be classiffied as the "Vacation Abuse" rule.
Please help me with this situation.
Thanks!
-Pablo.
