@OP: Have you filled out a Support Ticket on this? That may help you reach a solution much faster. To fill out a ticket, click on Help in the upper-right corner of the webpage (between your username and "Logout"), then click Contact Support in the lower-left corner of the browser. Click the radio button for "Technical Support and Bug Reports," and fill in the necessary information. You will hopefully receive the assistance you request within 24 hours.
@OP: Immediately after submitting the support ticket, did you receive an automated response, stating that you should receive help in 24 hours?
@OP: In light of that, you could either submit another support ticket; or send a private message to Kohai asking why your ticket hasn't been addressed, despite the 24-hour assurance.
Normally, for support issues, you shouldn't send Kohai or any other staff members personal messages. You should only proceed via the route of the support ticket. However, since that specifically hasn't worked yet, a personal message to Kohai might be warranted.
