Premium Game Explorer

I purchased a gold membership today, to explore my games in the explorer.

However, though the masters games database is accessible, I cannot see most of my games. I am sure I have played around 500-600 games on chess.com, but it shows only around ~100 games.

Why is this happening? When would it be fixed? This was the primary feature I got the membership for and it doesn't seem to work as advertised.

I have the same problem. I would like that chess.com either allow us to download ALL our games with ONE click in a single file (not page by page as it is now), or put ALL our games in the game explorer.
