Red alert keeps me out

I have played in many tourneys. Never had problems. Then I signed up for a 24 hour one and forgot to play. Now when trying to sign up for any tourney, I get a red alert and can't sign up. Can someone help me? I want to play. Stwils

Your timeout ratio is 60% over the last 90 days.  It looks like you forfeited games in more than one tournament.

Look at your archive. You can see all the forfeits on different days.

I'm afraid you have to wait.

Since your most recent forfeit was just this week, April 19th, I would guess that you are looking at either July 19th or 20th.

The only possibility to shorten that is to play and complete enough individual matches (without forfeiting) to lower your timeout ratio below 10%.  (Games forfeited in last 90 days divided by total completed games in last 90 days.)

Since you forfeited 2 games in the last 30 days, completing only 18 games without a forfeit will have you back in business in only 60 days.

Or you can wait 90 days from 4/19/15 (your last forfeit).
