I don't think that's possible. Or even a good idea.
Because people who used to play badly but are MUCH better at tactics now will easily get their ratings up in no time, thanks to Rating Deviation.

I created a Chesstempo account just for training Tactics now. I think that's a better option than 3 problems/day for a basic member here on Chess.com. Thank you for your attention.
I have a chesstempo account by the same name but I'm so fed up with the numbers. You lose more than you gain for a perfectly solved problem. No, trust me.

It's mainly a psychological problem I had with the TT. I mean, I really want to get better at tactics, but at the same time it's kinda shameful for me to see my regress in it. Yeah, it seems I get worse at it instead of better, and my low rating showed me that everytime I log onto this site.
But my Chesstempo account is hidden from the public, so to speak, and I'm 'free' to suck as much as it takes to get better, while it's out of my face most of the time, so to speak. I plan to do tactics only for half an hour per day.
So my rating over there doesn't matter so much to me as it was here the case. I hope this all makes sense to you ...

Everthing makes sense to me, but what I was saying was that I was fed up of the numbers on chesstempo. Because if you solve a problem correctly, you gain less rating points than what you would have lost if you hadn't solved it correctly.
And I really care about that rating.

I had the impression it's the same here at Chess.com too... I lose 20 points but only gain 6 or 10 on average for a correct one, that's what I saw countless times over here and which is very demotivating (if you care about your rating, that is). Like those slot machines in casinos.
Maybe it's set up that way to keep you on exercising.

Nope.
On chesstempo, you lose like 11-12 points for a wrong solution but gain only about 5-6 for the correct solution for the same puzzle within the least possible time.
On chess.com, you lose 12-14 points but gain about the same if soved quickly enough (SCORE: 100%).
Okay, I can't really argue with that ... I never achieved a 100% score, so I always received less points than what is actually possible.
