restricted account dispute

just now my acct was restricted for, allegedly, violating fair play rule.

However I don't think I've ever done that.

The only time I ever abort games is when a potential opponent delays start of play & even then I give an indication I am waiting before ending the game.

What I have noticed recently is that somehow the site will initiate games that I don't even see (which happened several times today) or multiple games simultaneously (which has been something occuring for some time) but I don't even unserstand how that would trigger this, since those games aren't aborted by me...

I am interested in protesting this restriction &/or getting some specific response as to what my violations have been.
